Sheldon Square, managed by contractor 8Build, involved a complex concrete flooring project spanning 9 lift lobbies and multiple floors, completed in 3 phases.

The project included intricate detailing with crack inducement joints meticulously cut to mirror the cross-hatch ceiling décor. This design element extended down to the podium level, covering an expansive area of 400 sqm.
