At Chepstow Villas, we collaborated with a property development company to install Arctic White coloured polished concrete floors in both the kitchen and patio areas. The interior kitchen floor, 100mm thick with wet underfloor heating, ensures comfort and efficiency. For the patio, a 125mm thick polished concrete layer was applied over the existing structural slab, combining durability with aesthetic appeal.

Working closely with Q Build Design, we ensured seamless execution of the project, meeting the client’s specifications and achieving a contemporary, clean look throughout the spaces.
